Inspired by
dan churchill's epic granola.
Mine includes: cranberries, raisins, pepitas, cashews, almonds and macadamia nuts.
(minus the coconut flakes)
The verdict?
Not too shabby dan! For my taste buds, I think I'd like it more if it was a wee bit sweeter but then it defeats the purpose of making it healthy and full-of-goodness. Fortunately, the raisins and cranberries made up for the missing bit.
(Ok, I'll admit it. I have a sweet tooth!)
